An online personal trainer can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space. We specialize in body and lifestyle transformations and use physical training, nutritional changes, and improvements in thinking to help you reach your goals. We teach you how to exercise correctly, and help you understand the various aspects of fitness, from nutrition to mobility. We believe in training the mind and the body and can deliver all of this to you through online workout and nutrition programs. Exercise around your schedule! Whether you have unlimited time or just a few 20-30 minute blocks around the week, we can fit your workouts into any combination. Busy weeks, but free weekends? Done. GROUP TRAINING
The mission at Tactical Fitness is to teach you a fitness lifestyle that is the safest, most effective and efficient way to optimize and maintain your physical health for the rest of your life! Here we focus on functional training. We offer Semi-Private Group Training. Who says hard work can’t be fun? Be prepared bring your enthusiasm and focus. Need accountability? An extra push the right way? Kettlebell/Body weight training is designed to give a gold standard kettlebell and body weight training in a small group setting. Each session is led by Kayla CPT and an expert in kettlebell training. All levels of fitness are open to this. Kayla will determine your performance level and will adjust accordingly during each session. Quality over quantity will be a must. Kayla has developed a safe and effective class structure to provide strength, mobility, and cardio training. Semi-Private Group Training Class Size: 2 to 6 people Start together and stay together. Effective and result driven progressions and programs to get results without injury or sacrificing stability and mobility. The classes can be catered toward each group’s goals. Split the cost between your group. 4 SESSIONS- $120 (for 3 people add $30 per person after 3) 8 SESSIONS- $200 (for 3 people add $30 per person after 3) 12 SESSIONS- $280 (for 3 people add $30 per person after 3) Contact us for available times. |
